Our kitchen offers you delicious dishes, result of our hard working. At our holiday farm centre you can taste excellent specialities based on sausages (various kinds of cold meats and salami), chestnuts, maize meal and vegetables coming from our vegetable garden.

At Runchee you can try our B&B service, with cosy flats fully furnished, complete with kitchen in case you prefer cooking yourself.

At Runchee you will enjoy our home-made specialities:

Hors-d’oeuvres: grilled vegetable, home made sausages ( salami, bacon, coppa (cured neck of pork), Parma ham, pickles and “in-oil”.

First courses : little chestnuts “gnocchi”, chestnuts “risotto”, mushroom “risotto”, “minestroni” (vegetable soups), “pizzocheri” (type of pasta made with buckwheat flour), soft dumplings and risotto “machet”.

Meat courses: they are all based on genuin meat of our farm and server with “polenta uncia” or “taragna” (thick maize porridge with butter or several kinds of cheese) and salad.

And the end: mixed local cheese, home made cakes and fresh fruits.
