Traditional Cooking Course Lombarda

The course lasts 5 days from Monday to Friday from

 9:00 to 12:00

The aim of the course is to teach through direct experience, the preparation of some typical recipes of our cuisine.
The program involves the construction starting from the raw materials of the following specialties:

Participants who have supported the course will receive a certificate that will certify their participation in the course.

It will also have a Cdrom with all the steps of the recipes cooked at a price of € 10.00

The cost of the course is € 250.00

The cost includes lunch with the products prepared in the day, salad, water and wine.
